Q: I'm having problems with my neighbor, can LCMI help me solve this problem.
A: If speaking nicely with your neighbor, sending a homebaked pie, or calling the police has not helped, then you may describe your concern in writing and fax it to LCMI at 410-764-7714. You must sign the letter. It will be brought to your board of directors, who will instruct LCMI how to address the concern.
