Q: I'm selling my house, what do I need to do?
A: You need a resale package, which will provide the following information to your buyer:
1. updated community document
2. current community financials
3. current community insurance information
4. certification that your home has no architectural violations or liens
5. various certifications that you need to provide to the buyer
6. current architectural guidelines for the community
7. current community rules and other notices

Order this package after you have a signed contract by sending a check for $175 to:

Q: I sold my house and you are still sending me the bill. Why? How do I correct this?
A: This happens because we did not receive a HUD-1 settlement sheet from your title company. To correct this fax (fax #: 410-764-7714) your settlement sheet from the sale of your house with a note specifying that you need to be removed from our system.

Q: I need community insurance information. How do I get it?
A: If this is for the sale of your home, you must order a resale package.

If this is for a refinance, please have your mortgage company contact us on 410-764-7100.

Q: I need a copy of my community document. How do I get it?

Q: I've received a Notice of Intent to File Lien. Can I settle directly with LCMI?
A: Sorry, once your account has been sent to the lawyers you must deal with them.

Q: I want to refinance/sell my house but I have outstanding dues. What do I do?
A: Please complete the attached form and we will contact you to arrange for payment.

Q: My mortgage company needs you to complete a questionnaire. What do I need to do?
A: Have them fax it to 410-764-7714. They must include return contact information or the form cannot be completed. Normal turnaround is within 2 business days. We try to accommodate last minute requests when we can.
